Prerequisite: DEVP 52 or DEVP 57 or equivalent with a grade of C or better. A mathematics review applied to chemistry and intensive instruction in principles of general chemistry. Emphasis is placed on developing learning strategies and controlling anxieties. * * Load hours do not carry academic credit toward a degree program and are not used in probation and dismissal decisions, but do count in computing a student's load for financial aid and student employment.
