Catalog description

Prerequisite: Permission of department. This laboratory course will focus on fundamental and advanced immunological techniques, including antibody-based assays (e.g., ELISA, Western blot), flow cytometry, immune cell isolation, and functional assays of immune responses. Students will also gain experience in experimental design, data analysis, and critical evaluation of immunological research. By offering this course every other year, we provide flexibility for students to incorporate the lab experience into their academic plans without overwhelming their course schedules.
