Introduces the physiological effects and responses by the body to the stressor of exercise. This course focuses on fundamental concepts of exercise physiology including metabolic, nervous, cardiovascular, respiratory, and musculoskeletal systems, and the significance of these effects on health and performance. Course is not repeatable for credit.
