Catalog description
Focuses on estimating techniques used to establish and verify costs of materials, equipment, and labor and the time requirements related to building construction projects. Emphasis is placed on preparation of an estimate of construction costs of a commercial building. Prerequisite: AEC 1200 with a grade of "C" or better. Course is not repeatable for credit.
