Catalog description
This course introduces students to the representation of history on film. With a focus on European history, students will analyze how filmmakers and others interpret social, political and cultural events. The course meets for two hours on Tuesdays to accommodate group film screenings. Thursdays we will meet for 75 minutes for discussion.
