Catalog description

Creative Arts Forum is an upper-level workshop for students interested in understanding the intricacies of the creative process, especially from the perspective of practicing artists and scholars. Class meetings feature visits with artists whose work spans a range of arts disciplines, as well as hands-on workshops on ensemble-building, technique, professionalism, and practical applications of the arts. Students in the course develop a plan for a creative project they are interested to produce. Prereq: CRE-210 and 2 courses in 1 or more of the Creative Arts' disciplines (art, dance, digital media, theatre, visual practices)
