Catalog description
Project management provides the structure and strategy needed to organize, plan, and execute successful initiatives-whether launching a new service, developing a product, or initiating a program. This course equips students with essential project management skills, including budgeting, scheduling, stakeholder engagement, and staff supervision. Students will also explore various leadership styles and develop practical strategies for leading teams, managing resources, and driving projects to completion.
